Please help us ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all parties involved by reading and adhering to the following guidelines below during your scheduled visits:
Visiting parent will follow the suggestions of the Visitation Monitor and their assistants while visiting the child(ren).
Visiting parent understands the Visitation Monitor will be within 3 to 5 feet from the child during visitations.
Visiting parent will not bring any weapons or articles that could be used as a weapon to visits.
Visiting Parent will not use drugs or alcohol before visiting with the child(ren). They understand the visit may be canceled if there is a suspicion that these substances have been used.
Visiting parent must ask for prior approval from the Visitation Monitor and/or any other deemed authority before bringing someone else to visit.
Visiting Parent will not speak negatively about the child(ren)’s custodial parent or foster parent in front of the child(ren).
Visiting Parent will not question the child(ren) about their custodial parent or foster parent’s
Visiting parent will not talk about the adult issues such as, court proceedings, with the child(ren).
Visiting parent will not use physical punishment or threaten to use physical punishment with the child(ren) during visits.
Visiting parent will not use profanity; shout or yell at ANYONE.
Visiting parent will show respect for the child(ren)’s physical space and not make any demands for physical contact from the child(ren).
Visiting parent understands that it is a Visitation Monitor's responsibility to report to the DCFS, or any representative of the Court of any circumstances that relates to their ability to parent the child(ren) in a safe and positive manner.
